History specialists at the UvA investigate history in all its broadness and unpredictability. History analysts cooperate in four diachronically composed exploration bunches with the subjects:
• Urban Governance, Culture and Society

• Identity Creation in a Globalizing World

General
History analysts partake in the UvA research need region Cultural Heritage and Identities. A piece of the examination, which is composed by the Institute for Culture and History (ICG), is financed by the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) and the European Research Council (ERC).
